The NFL set its Week 17 schedule by setting up a Saturday doubleheader that could have a significant impact on the playoff picture.

The Steelers took over first place in the AFC North by surviving the Ravens after an overturned touchdown in the final minutes. The Jaguars remain atop the AFC South after dismantling the Colts, who lost Daniel Jones to an Achilles injury. And the Bills all but dashed the Bengals' playoff hopes with a 39-34 win in the snow.

Week 14 of the NFL season had an interesting slate of action, as the top teams generally avoided each other, while the middle of the pack tried to sort themselves out. It started on Thursday with the Detroit Lions defeating the Dallas Cowboys as both teams tried to establish themselves among the league's upper tier.

The NFL announced Wednesday that it is flexing two games to Saturday, Dec. 27 during its Week 17 slate. The Houston Texans will now face the Los Angeles Chargers at 4:30 p.m. ET on NFL Network, while the Baltimore Ravens will take on the Green Bay Packers at 8 p.m. ET on Peacock.
